Customer Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation from the account order page where available or by contacting support with the order details.
Cancellation before dispatch is usually eligible for refund after payment verification, subject to any payment gateway or service charges that may apply.
After Dispatch or Delivery
If an order has already been dispatched, assigned for delivery, or delivered, cancellation may be treated as a return or early closure depending on the order type.
Delivery charges, handling fees, rental usage, late charges, cleaning, damage, or missing item deductions may apply before any refund is approved.
Cancellation by ApneKhilone
ApneKhilone may cancel or reschedule an order due to stock unavailability, failed verification, payment failure, incorrect address, restricted pincode, unsafe delivery conditions, or operational constraints.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfilment, eligible refund processing will be started after internal confirmation.
Membership Orders
Membership cancellation requests are reviewed based on plan start date, benefits used, toys delivered, pickup status, and settlement charges.
Once membership benefits are used, any refund or payable balance will be calculated after plan and toy return review.
