ApneKhilone currently accepts delivery and pickup orders only for supported locations and pincodes. Serviceability may be checked during checkout or address selection.
Some areas may require advance booking, restricted delivery dates, or manual confirmation by the support team.
Delivery Schedule
Available booking dates and time slots are shown during checkout where supported. Delivery timing may vary due to traffic, weather, address access, route load, or operational delays.
Our team may contact the customer before delivery or pickup. If the customer is unavailable, the order may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a complete address, correct pincode, reachable mobile number, and any required access instructions for delivery and pickup.
At delivery, customers should verify the toy, accessories, visible condition, and order details. Any issue should be reported as soon as possible.
Pickup and Returns
Rental returns and membership toy exchanges require pickup coordination. Items should be packed with all parts, accessories, batteries if provided, and original storage material where applicable.
Late pickup caused by customer unavailability may lead to extension charges or late fees according to the order terms.
Charges
Delivery, pickup, rescheduling, express handling, or area-specific charges may apply and will be shown during checkout or communicated by support where relevant.
