Refund Eligibility
A refund may be applicable if an order is cancelled within the allowed cancellation window, if ApneKhilone cannot fulfil a paid order, if a duplicate payment is confirmed, or if a refundable security deposit remains after settlement.
Refunds are not guaranteed for completed rental periods, used memberships, late returns, missing parts, damage, hygiene concerns, or orders cancelled after dispatch unless approved by ApneKhilone.
Security Deposit Refunds
Security deposits are refundable after return review, subject to deductions for late fees, missing parts, damage, excessive cleaning, loss, or unpaid charges.
If deductions are higher than the deposit, the customer may need to pay the remaining settlement amount.
Refund Method and Timeline
Approved online payment refunds are generally initiated to the original payment method. Cash, manual, or exceptional settlements may be handled after internal confirmation.
After a refund is initiated, the final credit timeline depends on the payment gateway, bank, card network, or wallet provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
Delivery attempts, convenience charges, consumed rental duration, special handling, and service charges may be non-refundable unless ApneKhilone confirms otherwise.
Membership or plan fees may be partly or fully non-refundable once benefits have been used, toys have been dispatched, or the plan has started.
